Rep Power: 35 | Re: Vitamin D supplement if they are latino they will need to tan almost 3x as much as a light skinned person to get their Vit D levels raised. You would also need to follow their diet somewhat and outdoor exposure to sunlight. :)

Rep Power: 22 | Re: Vitamin D supplement I think there are too many variables to make this a casual study. But a small clinical test would be interesting. Also, I wonder if a person's tan would last longer after a trop to a tropical climate if they took Vitamin D supplements. I bet Don can answer all this. But like I said before, I always felt that the tan a person has and how fast they get it and how long it lasts *could* be attributed to Vitamin D levels.
