Rep Power: 35   | Take Vitamin D for all kinds of reasons.... ABC pushes pill popping and stays away from mentioning tanning beds for controlled Vitamin D benefits. They also conveniently forget to mention you can't take too much Vit D from UV sources. Other then that a great video! lol http://abcnews.go.com/Health/OnCallP...4866328&page=1
