Rep Power: 35   | Live Webcasts I wish I had been able to check this out earlier. Has anyone ever tried listening into one of these by any chance? Rep Power: 35 | Re: Live Webcasts Here is a recap from this webcast. I could use a little help understanding it but from what I gathered is decreased Vitamin D levels are linked to shorter telomeres. Shorter telmores are related to the aging process and smoking is related to the aging process. Smokers are known to have shorter telmores lenghts and possibly the vitamin d will help.
