I believe that tanning is a luxury and that yes we should make our clients feel special. What works for some salons may not be feasible for others. When a client enters our store the first thing we do is smile and greet them. We ask how they are and if there is anything they may need. We suggest new products, etc. Each is handed a clean folded towel and the bed is already sanitized when they enter the room. They are not asked to clean the bed. We are one of the few salons that do this. We keep all rooms clean and have a pleasant atmosphere. Temperatures in each room and bed are at a comfortable temp. Upon leaving we smile and tell each person walking by to have a great day. Our main objective is to make sure each client feels special and taken care of.
