I feel that is a bit much! I have also read about salons that put candy on the pillows and towels already in the room.I think that is great if you have the time and manpower to do that.My experience in peak season is that our salons don't have enough time to do what is necessary as it is. We have a program called "Customer Appreciation" or "Members Day" every other month. We put out candy and snacks. Our problem is this...Candy and snack wrappers on the floor, under the bed, candy stuck to the walls or beds. Same reason we don't offer body stickers) People simply don't care about leaving their trash behind and our clerks are way too busy to stop after each room to carry trash out.(If they don't have enough manners not to potty in the plants or trash cans, they certainly could care less about leaving behind trash)Some salons have their customers clean their beds after each use.
