A friend of mine from CANADA Chippp, had a stand up- I will not mention what brand - but a design error on the bottom door hinge caused the door to fall after a customer was finished her session. The door fell on the wall inside the room the booth was in, and about 5 or 6 bulbs shattered. This client of hers is now scared of booths and NEVER wants to go in one again.This was clearly a design error. Stuff like this could happen, but as far as bed tops falling, sounds to me like a shock maintenence problem.Don't think any design (beds-booths) is 100% better. They all have pros & cons.
