Tommy,I'm not sure if the blood is "Attacking the tingle." I do know that blood flow is increased. The increased blood flow is suppost to help deliver more nutrients to the melanocytes thus helping them produce more melanin.Here is something I can't prove but seems to happen frequently with me. When I use a tingle lotion I seem to get sick soon after. I will get flu like symptons. That's why I don't use a tingle lotion very often.
