I had requested time and time again for a certain company to stop calling and I finally just got rude and haven't heard from them since. I hate to be that way, but sometimes its the only way. I haven't had this problem a lot. Most of the time I can say no, we are not going to stock that line and they will not call anymore.But I agree that we should spend less time on the phone with telemarketers and more time on customer relations.
