Smart Mail is really quite easy. Just open the smart mail wizzard form the top menu and add the options from the left had column to the right. You'll want to concentrate on the "last visit" one. Say you want to target those who haven't been in for at least a year but NOT those from two years ago or longer. Your last visit inputs will be from 7/15/99 to 7/15/00.(If you go into Reports, Management, Smart Mail Detail you can print or look at on- screen the names you extracted to check on the accuracy.) You can easily save the file on a floppy. I take the floppy home and E-mail it to Tan Mailink or Helios' Smart Mail.
