Harry, I honestly have not experienced anything similar to the problem you describe.May I suggest the following to begin to try and track down the problem (first step)Go into View, System Files, Transaction File and display transactions for a client that has had this problem. Move through the transaction detail looking at the impact on and accumulator values after each transaction.
