Andy,I've been doing this for years. Helios Tech Support put me on to it. I believe I started doing it in Helios6, using a Weststar Database 10000 timer. My salescode was called "RESET". It sent (-)1 minute to the timer. I had 1 accumulator set up to keep a running total of a customers tan visits. I set that accum. to a constant (-)1 for "RESET". "RESET" would work from the time you completed the sale, thru the delay time, right up to there was only 1 minute left on the session. This way no sales have to be deleted, and you have a complete "paper" trail.I had to make this salescode due to customers going into wrong tanning rooms, emergency phone calls, power outages (thunderstorms), etc.I followed it with another salescode called "TANRESET", which allowed you to put a customer in any bed even though Helios thought they had already tanned that day.My system worked great, the employees had no problems using it, and I had complete records on all customers.Fred
