Andy:We have a new feature in Helios for those few rare instances where clients do not have a finger print! Give the the membership type of NFP (no fingerprint) and they can tan on any package or membership and not be required to confirm their identity. ONLY GIVETHIS MEMBERSHIP TO CLIENTS WHERE THE OWNER HAS CONFIRMED THE RARE OCCURENCE OF NO FINGERPRINT!!!!This was a tip we got from George Rose and I felt it was such a good idea that I had this feature added to the next update. Thanks George.This is a classic example of the tremendous advantage Helios has over the competition because we are the only tanning salon software on the market where the owner regularly uses his product.
