Okay, i am a novice here. This does have to do with Helios and DEMO mode thing. I had a tmax when I purchased this salon last year and it had some issues and continually kept shorter out multiple rooms at a time. I had no timer system for about 4 months. I finally ordered the TT40 from tan Time because they said that it had helios software compatibilty. WRONG. So anyway here I am sitting for a year with having to manually start the beds after I have already entered the time in the computer. Not fun. Heard the 9.4 was supposed to have upgrade for TT40 didn't. Now my Helios opens with DEMo only. I don't even have any timer hooked to it. How do I fix the problem?
