There are many variables that have to be factored in to get your srartup costs. How many beds will you have and will any be high presure? How many rooms will you have and will you use a contractor or moduler walls?One of the biggest costs I've found in doing a startup is electrical and a/c so make sure you get good estimates on that. Depending on your area and without knowing any specifics I'd say 100-150 thousand for a 10 bed salon is realistic but again thier are many variables.
