Salon Touch: Error 7 - PLEASE HELP! Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum. Today, for the first time in a decade, our Salon Touch shut down, and will not reconnect.
It is showing "Error 7" and stating that we cannot connect to our main computer, but we only use one in my studio.
It says to manually reconnect, but it won't allow me to start the program manually or through the connection wizard.
Can anyone help? Their helpdesk is closed until 11am (EST), however we reopen at 10am.
