I believe it is a great sales tool as it makes the customer choose buy(Impulse purchase) or not buy vs a lazy sales associate just putting someone in for their tanning session. How do you keep your sales associates engaged vs relying on the in room sales?
I just think when i go into Chilis where they have a kiosk on the table to order food, drinks or appetizers. I have found the interaction of the wait staff has diminished with the customer.
Are the offers customer specific, based on previous sales or tanning history? Does the offer have a certain time frame it must be used? How frequently do you offer such a big discount every 5 sessions, once a month? |
