| Royal Sun 46/6 issues
Hi everyone! Any help would be appreciated. I have been having issues with a Royal Sun 46/6. A few clients have said that the lamps dim about 1 minute into the session and stay dimmed for about 4 minutes and then recover. One clients said they dimmed after 1 minute and then shut off and never came back on. All of my staff have been instructed to tan in this bed if they choose to tan after their shift but it hasn't happened to any of them yet. Any ideas?
