| How to close down salon?
I am closing down after this season. What's the standard procedure for closing when clients have packages that are still unused? I planned to make an announcement regarding the closing that urges clients to use their remaining sessions a month before our last day. I am going to speak to the last remaining local salon and ask if any remaining sessions can be transferred to their salon. I will stop selling packages as soon as I make the closing announcement (one month out) and will only sell products and single sessions after that point. Is there anything else I'm missing? |
