You must identify what is driving the additional business so you can keep that momentum going. Run those all important sales reports and look at where the increased sales are being generated.

It is just as important to know what is increasing sales as it is to identify what is causing decreased sales. This allows you to make adjustments accordingly to continue or change the current trend.
