You must look closely at your market and what your strengths are as a salon. Structure your salon, pricing and marketing based on what you have to offer as a salon.

In many cases salons will over complicate their structure trying to be something that they arte not. Based on your equipment mix you should determine how to maximize sales based on the product you offer.

I see salons that try to market their salon based on offering 4 or 5 levels of tanning when the reality at best they have 2 levels. That is not an issue as long as you structure and market accordingly. By doing so you will increase sales and make much better use of your equipment mix. Obviously if you have funds to introduce some new models of equipment you can establish true additional levels, but for those that do not want to upgrade it can be as simple as properly structuring what you have.

The season is on us and it is time to make sure you are getting the most out of the product that you offer.

Don't try to increase sales by lowering prices, increase sales by knowing your market and gaining a better understanding of the product you offer and create pricing and marketing that stimulates sales and a change in how your tanners spend their money.
Just a reminder
