Lightbulb Calculating Tanning Time

Hello folks!

I don't really belong here, as I do not own a salon myself, but I was referred to this site by someone on iamtanforever. I'll copy-paste the question I posted there:

"I happen to own a tanning canopy (Google "Sunquest 2000" to get an idea), but it only has 6 lamps of 100 Watts each. Now, I realize professional tanning beds used in salons are waaaay more powerful. The ones in my area have 50 lamps of 160 Watts each, and more. All calculations for tanning times assume one uses these professional beds. I have Type III skin (normal, leaning close to type II, slightly sensitive), and even though I burn easily in the sun, it never peels or blisters. I was thinking 15 minutes a week (so 1 weekly session) in a professional salon would be enough, but I want to use my canopy. So... how would 15 minutes a week at 50x160W translate to 6x100W? Any advice? Thanks!"
