Bad time of the season to troubleshoot but if I get some time over the weekend, I'll look in a few of ours and see what the problem might be. The inside of your box looks good right? No water leaks, corroded wiring, burnt circuit boards,etc...

It would be an extreme fluke if both potentiometers (volume knob) went out at the same time for both the internal and external audio, but is possible.

99% if all other functions are working correctly, then it isn't a problem with the PLC. That would leave the circuit to the potentionmeters, itself, and the wiring connection.

Have you tested the audio cables on top of your booth with an ohmmeter to make sure there are no breaks in the wiring or corrosion? (from the control box jack to the speaker leads)
