Re: winter hours, where to cut and save? Our only changes ever throughout the year, is our "off-season" hours are 8a-8p. Our peak-season hours are 8a-9p. But we have the customer need to fill those hours.
Electrical savings such as lighting alternatives and adjusted temps during closed hours overnight are always options. Anything else in my opinion isn't much of an option.
Luckily we have also had steady sales growth each and every year, so so far so good! |
