It's absolutely possible; I know that both Bank of America and First Data merchant services offer the same. Although we use First Data, for some reason, the division that we purchased from does not offer the "update" option. We average 15-20% declined cards each month, so we would absolutely pay for the service if it were available to us. In fact, we very nearly switched to Bank of America for merchant services specifically so we could take advantage of the service, but decided against it because BofA doesn't offer an online portal to respond to chargebacks, and there was no way that I was going to go back to faxing those reports.
