Connect with those who are at home during the day.

I find I have a lot of clients who are on Mat leave,work from home or are retired. Mainly referrals through daytime mom meet up groups. Although in Canada we have a 1 year mat leave so that might be a bit different for the USA. Don't you guys have to return to work like from the hospital? Crikey so not fair!
