I know this is an old post but maybe the info will help others. I know there are more options out there in Canada however the two that I have used are Silver Solarium and The Tanning Depot. Head Office for SS is in the GTA and for TD is Vancouver, I believe but they have a warehouse in the GTA.
I had spoken to some of the local tanning salons here and they used other companies I had never heard of located (in Canada) on the East Coast. I guess I was focussed on those offering
spray tanning supplies specifically which were fairly limited. There is also Fernanda's in Mississauga which carries Fake Bake and T and Me Studio sells Aviva in Toronto and Barbarella distributes in Montreal.
It is amazing since I started over 3 years ago I look someone up and they are gone. : (
