When I tan clients with Eczema I use a tiny bit of barrier cream/lotion and lightly coat those areas so the
solution will not grab on the dry patches. I use Competition Tan from Jamaica Me Tan as a regular
tanning solution when my clients want to be extra dark and can handle the DHA level. But there are 4 choices to choose from with this line.
