We as well are not down 10% actually up 100% and I have the tantrack reports to prove it. We market heavily on Social media and do our best to provide a ridiculous amount of customer service to keep them coming. Customers come in just to talk with the girls at this point but continue to buy packages so they have a reason to stop by.
