If you can believe it..I don't. I am a skin type 1…very fair skinned red head genes. I use the beds at least once to twice a week for about 6-8 mins to maintain my Vitamin D levels…which BTW were LOW on my recent physical which was surprising. I typically maintain by
spray tanning or bronzers. Wish I could get a nice tan naturally.
