Re: Do You Charge to down grade I guess to me it's a customer service thing. The customer is paying for a service and I want them to be waited on, not the other way around. I want them to have the absolute most relaxing experience when say they run from work on their lunch hour, or whatever to pamper themselves, plus get in & out quickly which opens more time with them for sales.
Also, I want my salon to be the absolute cleanest in town and I'm not sure I would trust customers to meet those standards.
But if it works for you, go for it. Diversity is the spice of life.
