When taking appointment we give you a 5 minutes window after that , sorry you are late. Customers have the option to upgrade or down grade at a cost. I am dealing with collage customer if they are late now they will be late for interviews, and life in general, maybe I am helping someone realize that the world does not revolve around them. |
