Helios 12 continually is getting automatic updates...but surprise...you come into work and just find your software changed or jacked up. I just get frustrated when they make a change and you have no idea. They just changed the ability to fix a membership back office now. If you try to change or fix a membership now it ends an eft automatically. I, of course, found out the hard way.
Did they stop the 24/7 tech support? |
