i just started tanning yesterday i started 7 mins think it was a little to long as skin is a little red but dont feel burned figured i would go back tomorrow but not sure how long and should i use tanning lotion or not will post pics later also how many days a week should i go i really need advice as my neck is covered it hurts to move my neck most severe area is neck and face but want to try to remove all i have posted a few pics not the best but u can see them on my profile if u would like better please message me and also any ideas or help please message me thanks
