Is it successful? Who besides tony can say? Maybe at monsterous multiple stores it is.? I doubt it would be at a stand alone model, or at a few locations only. Most franchise holders I assume, need multiple locations to net a little off each, to make a whole.
I know a handful of salon owners with multiple locations that needed them in order to survive. They survived off minimal net profits, multiplied.
Might not be much different with you selling tanning beds. If you advertise your prices and are constantly higher priced on exact inventory as other sellers...you have to be competitive in your pricing...but if someone comes in and starts selling their exact inventory at much less, almost ridiculous pricing what do you say or do?
