Contact the bed manufacture or whoever you had to buy the beds from and order one. You can always have something like that designed and built at a local welding shop. I've a bed that has pillows specially made for them and can only be ordered through the manufacture but they quit making them. I just went to a furniture repair shop and some made for a cheaper price that I was paying through the manufacture while getting the colors I wanted.

BTW, my standup uses a chrome metal bar.
