Need to be careful what you wish for? What exactly is a "high end" client?
I've seen people roll up in the Mercedes and expect a free tan & sample lotion to go with it. They have money because they don't depart with it so easy!
I would say #3 & #4 above play a large part in how much money one can make from a client.
