Re: Attracting "High End" clientele Staff is always the number 1 issue in tanning salons. The high end franchise salons consistently get bad grades for staff being pushy and rude. These customers are ripe for the taking. Give them a decent, clean alternative with helpful pleasant staff, reasonable prices (without gimmicks) and they'll drive right by that fancy salon in the best location, and the $35k beds to your salon. |
