Location - as always - is truly the biggest key!!
But after that - having high quality equipment (performance - not necessarily expensive/brand new) and a staff that know how to nurture a "high end" customer is key!
Introduce them to the best equipment - from the start.
Have staff that are well educated, articulate, and able to maximize relationship selling. |
