I would also add that it's in the control over your gun which gives the overspray problem not the machine. Needle size is all important as Brian as described. I also believe the
solution you use can cause a "fogging" effect giving the appearance of more overspray. I don't care for these solutions as they create an intense "fog" which for clients' with breathing difficulties can be horrendous and also for the sprayer. I prefer solutions with a higher viscosity which tend to fall to the floor rather than being airborne. Incidentally I don't use an extractor either.
