Re: EXPIRING VISITS??

If you do have an expiration date for sessions, make it for two years, or something reasonable. Reasoning: We normally do not have expiration dates for our session packages. We decided to run a special a few months ago, Buy 5 get 5 free or buy 10 get 10 free, and we gave a 60 day expiration on it. Well, either they weren't told, or they were and tried to tell us that they weren't, but either way, it caused a HUGE problem. People were coming in months later very upset to find out that they had expired. We decided to put those sessions back on the accounts, but vowed to never do something like that again. Just causes too much chaos and drama.

If you do have the expiration date, make sure your staff is telling your clients. I also like to remind my clients "just to let you know, your package expires on xx/xx/xx" etc.
