Ergoline Affinity 660 flashing display

Hi, I'm over in the UK and have a number of affinity 660 units. On two beds I have flashing display panels, and random numbers where the time is usually displayed. These numbers are four digits and start with 00. They change if I put a different cockpit display unit on. I have had 0031, 0035, and 0014. They are not the usual E Errors (e.g. E040, E103, etc), they seem to be internal software fault numbers.
Does anyone know what I can do to rectify this. I have tried changing the main board, the Cockpit control display PCB, and ultimately I took All the boards and the cockpit display from a different bed that was working, but I'm still getting the flashing display panel when the power gets switched on.
Any help would be much appreciated.
James
