Again, see tax returns and confirm against Helios reports.........this will tell you if salon is making money or not -- and will show that supposed "hidden cash" as well......
What makes you believe the "marketing for the salon was never done properly"? Is it NOT busy now (if you think you can make it a lot more busy)? How much additional do you believe would need to be spent on advertising, beyond the purchase price? What sort of experience do you have in marketing and/or tanning salon marketing?
