Thanks for the links! One thing that hits me when reading the different bills is how many of them that are using the term "artificial" with regards to either "tanning device" or "ultraviolet light".

Could it be like this that focusing more on the fact that there are no "artificial" UV-photons even if the source can be man-made, would make it easier to draw the parallel to outdoor tanning (for which a 18 year ban of course not is reasonable)?
