The above drop is your plenum you draw from that thus air pressure is not a factor.

Also the ceiling tiles and sprinkers and about a billion other small vents throughout the drop ceiling grid will offset any kind of pressure up or down that stuff is not a solid barrier by any stretch.

I think a better question to ask yourself during buildout is what amount of air is normal for that part of world to keep clients comfortable in a regular non tanning application?

Around here a 1500 foot bay will always have 5 ton in it.

Another problem you have is with the setup you have you have to do splits and largest is 5 ton.

They do make the on-wall samsungs at 2.5 ton I have one of them in my electrical room to cool the transformers. Very effective.

If possible mount your transformers in the rafters and not in common areas as folks underestimate the heat produced by a transformer. Better yet boost it outside
