We work ZERO hours/shifts in our locations. Invest in a good General Manager(s) and let them work the business for you. Anyone that works a lot of hours just bought themselves a job. In the beginning, yes, the owner needs to work a lot. But, after a couple of years you should be in the position to hire good managers. We're lucky, all 3 of our Managers have been in the business for years and managed places Like Palm Beach Tan, so they understand the business very well!
