21 yrs in buisness, need to sell for personal reasons, need quick sale, great client database, turn key operation.
7 tanning units, 1100 sq foot, great stripmall, if you are a go getter then you can double your profits!
In area are Colleges, high schools near by, off major HW, busy loction. Sell as is, Salon perhaps needs alittle TLC, and needs someone to be a go getter!
