There is no best or specific lotion out there.

The tanner will either need to stop tanning for some time to heal the spots,tanning & the heat from the beds can deter the spots from even catching up.

Lotion wether it be a bronzer or a non bronzer isn't going to help the spots catch up necessarily because even if the spots have been treated they need to heal up on their own.

Have them try to stop tanning for the spots to fade and totally heal up,or use a self tanner with DHA.
