If You have not another PCB, IMO you don't need to change eprom and timekeeper ( this step is only for replaced PCB with other Eprom - eprom store program specific for unit version - timekeeper store settings and realtime control ). Sometime eprom is defective, look on label - if there is overheated paper in center -> eprom must be replaced.
Timekeeper is the big black chip on right site near eprom ( old version have printed "Timekeeper", new one M48T02 ).
This error code is very specific, problem can be with PCB and outside PCB ( broken or mistaken connection) - changing PCB is fastest elimination test.
