| Re: How often do you work in your salon weekly?
I have started working every day except Sundays. I have cameras so my employees are pretty good about following policies/ driving sales but I like being in my salons....I also think customers like it too. Plus, the more I am there the more I know what customers needs/wants are. With the way things are going in this industry I feel it's extremly important to keep getting feedback from my clients. |
