I'm hearing a lot of that.

To answer the question, I am in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and its a very different market. No tan tax, no teen bans (Although that one IS spreading across Canada SLOWLY).

I've worked one 2 6 hour shifts since May 17th and it was because staff couldn't show up. Although, I got to admit, after 7 years I am a little bored. I even told a few customers there was no appointments until 4, at 2, when there was, because I didn't want to deal with it. Big difference from the days I had to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, and never shut up about tanning lotion.

I guess I just feel a little bored sometimes of the tanning salon itself.
